Tours cancellation policy

Albaway reserves the right to cancel and/or change tours at any time for extenuating circumstances beyond our control, including strikes, dangerous weather conditions, or terrorist attacks. In this case you will receive a full refund (minus the bank fee) or be offered the opportunity to upgrade to another tour of equal value and classification.

Cancellations are subject to the following penalties:

Days before tour	Refund
30 days	100% minus €20 to €50 per commission
29 to 16 days	50% of total tour price
15 to 6 days	75% of total tour price
5 days or less	No refund

No-show: If you do not show up for the tour or arrive late after the tour starts, you will lose the tour and we will not be able to offer another tour for free. If you arrive late we can offer a special price to reschedule the tour.

Please note that there will be no refund if you cancel the tour within 24 hours of the scheduled tour.

We cannot make exceptions to this policy for any reason including personal emergencies, unforeseen weather conditions, natural disasters or terrorism. Albaway also reserves the right to modify or cancel any trip that, in our discretion, compromises the safety of our travelers or staff. In the event of cancellation, Albaway is not responsible for any losses or expenses incurred from non-refundable travel expenses.

In this case, a refund of payments received will constitute full and final payment.

We strongly recommend that all of our guests purchase travel insurance plans to protect their travel investments.
