You will have the opportunity to work with top chefs specializing in traditional Piedmontese cuisine and learn the secrets of local dishes.

We propose cooking classes in different settings (duration: 2½ hours/3 + time for lunch or dinner):

• in a typical “trattoria” in the Langhe to see how the dishes of a menu are prepared, from starters to fresh handmade pasta and desserts.
• in a “agriturismo” farm that produces part of the used products in its garden.
• in a wine cellar with the possibility to taste different wines during the meal.
• in a licensed private kitchen for those who want an exclusive setting.
• masterclasses (cooking academy): classic or thematic courses in a professional kitchen equipped with monitors for each station – possibility of lessons held by star chefs.
